While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I encountered behind its walls was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.
The Condition of the Premises : Unhygienic and Neglected
From the moment I stepped inside , it was apparent that sanitation was not a priority at Masterson’s . The floors were sticky , and a foul smell of stale beer and neglected washrooms polluted the entire bar . Emitting a scent of a mixture of human waste, putrefaction and sour vomit . The counter , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and litter that looked like it had accumulated over weeks. The restroom was in even a truly awful state— clogged , with a shattered handle and surfaces marked in what I can only assume was feces.

Going through other patrons’ reviews and conversing with residents , it seems that the level of hygiene (or lack thereof) at this so-called establishment is a recurring complaint.
